Your commission depends on your total business as well as the business status of your legs. The commission of your entire group is calculated based on the slab of your total business. Your own share in it depends on how much business you have with A and B and your own purchases. The commission may vary in different situations.

Your commission in RCM depends on two main factors:

✅ Total Group Business ( P.V )
✅ Business Distribution in Your Legs ( A & B ) + Self Repurchase

The slab of your commission is based on your total group PV, but your actual earnings depend on the business performance of your legs and your own repurchase.

🔍 Example Calculation:-

Total Business:- 3,50,000 PV
A Leg Business:- 2,80,000 PV
B Leg Business:- 70,000 PV
Self Repurchase:- 5,000 PV

📊 Explanation:- Final commission= Slab % × Weaker leg PV ( B.Leg )

9. Is there no commission if the business is done in one leg ?

– There is No commission if the business is in one leg, because in this the commission is given on the basis of defense. If there is one leg, your business and that of your downline will be equal. Hence no defense will be created but you will get commission for self purchase on your ID on the basis of performance bonus

⚠️ Why You Don’t Get Commission with Only One Active Leg in RCM

In RCM, the commission is calculated based on the difference (defense) between your two legs (A and B). This is known as the binary business model or performance-based calculation.

🔍 What Happens If You Have Business in Only One Leg ?

You will not receive commission on that leg because:
- There is no comparison or defense to calculate.
- Your business and downline’s business in the same leg will be equal.
- Hence, zero difference = zero group commission.

11. Should I focus on new joining or retailing ?

With new joining, your group grows along with the business, and the number of workers increases, but there is no benefit in forcing someone to join without explaining the entire plan. Only those who join out of interest work, show them the product in the beginning. Make them join only if they want to join after seeing the product and plan, otherwise just sell them your product.

If you really want to give security and freedom to your family then this is not a big problem. You just have to take out some time from unnecessary things. It is okay that you do not have to leave your current job for this business. But if you really do not get any time from your current job then it is a matter of concern. Some changes should be made in it so that you can take out some time for your home, family and yourself. You can do RCM business in any amount of time, which is not difficult for any person. You can do it even if you do it for 2 hours daily, 2 hours every 2 days or 6 hours a week.

You just need to have the desire to do it and proper planning. Plan your area according to the time you have and shortlist only that much. But it is important to be consistent.
